How to create a ticket

Step 1. Click create ticket


Step 2. Choose a ticket type


Step 3. If the selected ticket type has a Umbraco property like the default “Page error”. This step appears otherwise it would go to step 4.


Step 4. Fill in the details & Click create ticket


Step 5. Ticket gets created with the default ticket status


Step 6. If “TicketUpdateEmail” and the SMTP setting are setup an email will be sent to the “TicketUpdateEmail” adress.


Step 7. You just created your first ticket! Now await a response!
